erin and steve, 11-5-11. truly lovely wedding. the most heartfelt nuptials you can imagine; and all the beauty that comes with real love, real friends and real family. from the uber fragrant bouquets to the garden party venue, from the historic and intimate wooden chapel to the feast for the eyes cupcake tower, our senses were jumping for joy. our bride and groom could not have been sweeter, nor more matched for each other and we were blessed to be part of their day.

michael has been busy lately tapping into his creative brain for his classes (he's at the art institute of jacksonville) and i couldn't resist posting some of his composites. see what we do for fun!?

congratulations kelly savage! miss ponte vedra high 2011

saturday evening was filled with the annual excitement over who would take the crown for miss ponte vedra high school. this year, kelly savage was the lucky girl to take over for kelsey o'brian. all 23 contestants did an outstanding job with their grace and skills, executing fantastic dances and monologues, songs and karate, piano and poetry. they all shined in their own moments and were lovely young ladies in exquisite gowns. the theme this year was cruising on a cruiseship and the group dance was very cute! as always, mr. adkison created a successful and special pageant for the school and the talented girls. i'm always happy to be able to capture this important evening!

Flowers are a constant source of unbridled joy to me. Just ask my daughters; I'm sure they'll tell you how I'd just stop in the middle of the street sometimes to point out the glorious "purple trees" or the bountiful azaleas. Flowers and the full moon. Just can't find fault in either blessing.

Fun With My Girls Party

sweeeeet photo party last sunday! we always have such a great time at these multi-shoots and this one was no exception! our party star, ana, is always spot on when it comes to "the look" and she
brings the prettiest and coolest looking clothes for her shots. she hosted 4 of her beautiful friends at this day long session and between the great refreshments (can we say margaritas at noon?) and the star treatment of the fabulous paulina perez on make-up and margo nelms on hair, they all seemed to have a really super time, too! we had lots of sets for the ladies to use and our portrait garden was in bloom, too (yay). what gorgeous images we made...thanks everyone! let's do it again soon :)
